Our approach integrates traditional psychological methods with African-centered psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), quantum healing, and indigenous healing practices.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, CashApp, FSA/HSA accounts, and Loveland Foundation vouchers. Please note that we do not accept insurance at this time.

Absolutely. If you are in a position to pay the standing market rate for a mental wellness session, you are welcome to mention this to your provider at any point during your wellness journey.
