Nadi Shodhana is a traditional yogic breathing practice that uses alternate-nostril breathing to create a sense of balance between the body and mind. The steady rhythm of the breath encourages the nervous system to settle while helping reduce mental noise and improve focus. Each round invites greater awareness of the breath, creating space to slow down and return to the present moment. The practice is especially supportive when you feel overstimulated, scattered, or in need of grounding before meditation or deeper inner work. Sessions leave you feeling more centered, clear, and connected to yourself.
