Metacognitive Integration offer a supportive space to shift the way you relate to your thoughts, using principles rooted in Metacognitive Therapy. Rather than focusing on the content of your thoughts, these sessions help you understand and transform the patterns of thinking—like rumination, worry, and mental scanning—that often lead to anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or feeling stuck. The goal is to improve the couples' relationship, or sometimes to help them decide whether or not they should continue staying together. Other common issues include infidelity, anger, financial problems, illness, or other life changes.
