Email * Which sessions are you interested in attending? * An Introduction to Somatic Wellness—This first session sets the tone for our journey with grounding rituals, breath awareness, and body-based safety practices. We will reconnect with ourselves and the group through shared presence, consent-based exercises, and collective agreements rooted in care and choice. Understanding the Stress Response—We will learn how stress impacts the nervous system and practice sensory grounding techniques to build resilience. Gentle stretching, self-massage, and shaking exercises will help discharge tension and restore physical safety. The Mind & Breathe as Medicine—This session explores the connection between thoughts, body sensations, and emotional regulation. We will practice cognitive reframing and breath-led techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection and promote grounded clarity. Journaling as Ritual, Emotional Processing & Release—We will learn how to create intentions for our own journaling practice and be guided to reflect and write about the emotions and sensations we’re experiencing in our bodies. Self-Compassion Somatics—We will revisit embodied consent, practice self-holding, and explore heart-centered techniques to rebuild trust and emotional safety. The session will close with a guided meditation to pour love, warmth, and presence back into the body. Ancestral Reverence: A Guided Meditation—This meditation-based session invites us to connect with our ancestors through breath, stillness, and gratitude. We will strengthen grounding, emotional containment, and spiritual embodiment. Rest as Resistance—Through a restorative Yin- or Yoga Nidra–inspired practice, we will experience deep parasympathetic rest and reflection. We will also identify the people, spaces, and practices that create lasting safety and belonging. Celebration & Integration—In this closing session, we will reflect on our healing journey with a guided body scan and create a personalized toolkit for ongoing support. We’ll seal the experience with a collective ritual honoring growth, gratitude, and embodiment. Thank you!
