This session introduces principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore the thoughts, beliefs, and internal narratives that often operate beneath conscious awareness. Participants will learn how automatic thoughts and cognitive distortions can influence emotions, behaviors, relationships, and everyday decision-making. The session offers practical tools for identifying recurring thought patterns and examining the deeper beliefs that may be reinforcing them. Through reflection and intentional reframing, participants can begin developing more balanced, supportive, and consciously chosen ways of thinking. Each session is designed to strengthen self-awareness and help participants create greater choice in how they interpret and respond to their experiences.
