The 56 Soft challenge is a free self-led, holistic wellness journey rooted in ease, discipline, and soulcare. There’s an optional community space if you want to connect, share, and feel supported. But if you’d rather move through it solo, that’s beautiful too. This is your journey—your way.

A soft life is about choosing peace over pressure, presence over productivity, and intention over urgency. It’s honoring your body with nourishing food, consistent movement, and self regulation. Embracing softness doesn’t mean you won’t experience challenges. Challenges are normal and natural. It means you're resourced and choose to meet life’s challenges with grace rather than grit, to care for your mind and body with reverence, and to return daily intentions that restore you.

    • Daily Movement (50 min total): A mix of strength, mobility, dance-based flow, or intentional movement.

    • Nourishing Meals: Eating in alignment with personal goals while focusing on balance, not restriction.

    • Hydration: Aiming for at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day.

    • Soulcare Practice: Engaging in daily reflection, breathwork, or mindfulness to enhance emotional well-being.

    • Personal Growth Commitment: Choosing one self-development focus (e.g., reading, journaling, or reducing screen time).

  • The challenge encourages versatile movement options, including:

    • Soulflow: Dance-inspired, intuitive movement for mobility and connection.

    • Strength & Functional Training: Full-body workouts for endurance and power.

    • Low-Impact & Recovery Days: Gentle movement like yoga or walking to prevent burnout.

  • No. 56 Soft is about nourishing your body, not restricting it. The challenge encourages mindful eating, hydration, and choosing foods that support your body’s unique needs.

  • Absolutely! 56 Soft is about adaptability. While the structure provides guidance, you can personalize aspects like workout intensity and mindfulness practices to suit your needs.

  • Yes! You’ll have access to an online community for support, accountability, and encouragement throughout the 8 weeks. Sharing your journey with others can make it more fulfilling and sustainable.
